Agriculture

Our attorneys have extensive experience in successfully advising, navigating, and litigating the vast majority of common issues facing the agricultural business.  RTW attorneys frequently represent almond, walnut, pistachio, wine-grape, blueberry, and rice growers, along with agricultural equipment manufacturers in cases ranging from breach of sales contracts to product-misrepresentation claims to pesticide-drift cases to complex disputes about cultivation delays caused by suppliers resulting in lost yields.

RTW also has substantial experience in the regulatory and statutory environments affecting vineyards and wineries.
